What do I need to open an account?
A signed rental agreement, photo ID and a valid credit card. See How it works.
Do I need insurance?
Yes for rentals with a replacement value of $5,000 or more. We can arrange it for smaller rentals.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A security deposit is due before pickup.
What if I cancel?
Within 48 business hours of pickup you pay 50%. Within 24 business hours you pay 100%.
When do I return gear?
Default return is the morning after your shoot ends. Gear not back by 10:00 am is charged a full day.
Can I take gear to the US?
Only with our written consent. Ask when you request your quote and we will tell you what paperwork is needed.
