Rates
Each item shows a day, weekend and week rate. Quotes are confirmed in writing. Taxes (HST) and other costs are extra.
Cancellations
- Within 48 business hours of pickup: 50% of the rental fee.
- Within 24 business hours of pickup: 100% of the rental fee.
Please give us as much notice as you can. We may sub-rent gear for your order and pass those costs on.
Damage and loss
Once you take the gear, you are responsible for loss or damage, including in transit. Tell us right away. Repair costs, including business interruption, are the renter’s. Return gear with all accessories and clear of your data.
Late returns
A late return is charged an extra fee of one fifth of the three-day rate per day. Gear not back within 3 days of the end of the rental is considered lost. After 30 days, you pay the replacement cost.
This is a summary. Your signed rental agreement is the full contract.
